Tips for Completing the Enrollment Form

We’ve designed our enrollment form to be easy and quick. Here are a few recommendations we believe will make the process easier for you.

Use either a laptop or desktop computer. Cellular phones and tablets are not recommended.

We recommend using Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.

Parents will need to provide the following:
•Birth Certificate •Proof of Residency •Driver’s License of Enrolling Parent/Guardian •Immunization Record •Social Security Card of Enrolling Student

To enroll a new student, please complete the online application process. Once your application is received by the selected campus, we will contact you to complete the registration process.

Student Drivers must provide:
•Valid Driver's License •Proof of Liability Insurance •Required Immunizations •Physical Education Mandate

Below is the list of ISD’s in which we can accept students from. If the ISD that a student is assigned to is not on this list, we cannot accept their enrollment.
